FiliPOS ("we", "our", or "us") provides a point-of-sale (POS) application designed to help merchants manage their business operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use FiliPOS.

We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising.

We send emails to users for:

  • OTP verification and login/security flows.
  • Important account or subscription-related reminders.

You may not be able to opt out of some service-related emails (for example, critical security or legal notifications) as they are necessary for the proper functioning and safety of the service.

FiliPOS does not display third-party ads within the application. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers for targeted advertising.

Users can pay for monthly or other recurring plans to access premium features of FiliPOS.

Payment-related information (such as billing status, transaction identifiers, and subscription details) may be processed by third-party payment processors. These processors collect and process your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

FiliPOS is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
